вот, надо для класса sociology написать.
но это пока что только rough draft, ещё немного editing надо сделать.
I want to believe that there's a higher being,
that may be there's still hope for the humankind,

I want to have faith in the people,
to notice the good more than the bad,
and to know that my children will have a future.
But there're still homeless, the hungry, the dying.
WE still pollute the air and then expect to have good health.
There's still no cure for AIDS,
yet the death sentence "HIV positive" is heard more often than before.
There's still child labor,
why care for the morals when you can save,
5 bucks per day per child, now that's a save.
If not, just steal and sell one as a whole or in parts.
3000 years later and we still dont know how to live together.
There's still racism, sexism and discrimmination of all kinds.
2005 and KKK still marching,
swastikas still worn,
men still feel that they can get away with rape.
The life in the projects keep getting worse,
and government can't get enought of killing of their own.
The gangs are still shooting, the bloods, the crips, the folk and peoples.
The dealers still dealing: crack, cocaine and heroin.
POlice is still corrupt, payed not to do their jobs.
Bush's still in power,
no nuclear weapons in Iraq,
yet the war doesnt stop.
The mothers are loosing their babies, the children grow up without their dads.
The humandkind is a lost cause.
May be there will be light, just not in my lifetime.
